IMPEACH MY BUSH AKA TIA

I'm watching Obama sign the executive order to give gays and lesbian federal employees the same rights as heterosexual couples. Call me a bitch, impatient, stupid, I don't give a shit, but why does this feel like a ploy to silence the ~homos~? Obama caught a lot of flack for what his DOJ did in regard to DOMA and DA;DT. And now he extends rights to gays and lesbians so we're supposed to shut the fuck up and sit the fuck down, right? That's what I keep hearing from people on the internets.

I mean, I feel like the entire LGBT situation could have been addressed when Hillary Clinton granted rights to Gay diplomats, and with states both proposing and passing marriage equality bills THIS IS THE TIME. That is my honest opinion, and I'm not going to apologize for it. No one, and I mean NO ONE should have to wait to be acknowledged when equal rights are invovled.
